Feeling unwell during your trip? A licensed Japanese nurse takes care of everything: we listen to your symptoms, guide you to the right hospital, arrange an online doctor consultation, and handle medical certificates for your insurance — all on LINE, WhatsApp, or email.
Emergency? Chest pain, difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding, or someone unconscious — call 119 (ambulance) right now. It is free in Japan. Don't wait for us.
One dedicated nurse takes care of your case from start to finish — so you can focus on getting better, not on navigating a foreign medical system.
Tell us how you feel, in your language. A nurse listens carefully and helps you understand how urgent your situation is.
Japanese hospitals are divided by specialty. We identify the right department and find foreigner-friendly hospitals or clinics near you.
Often the fastest way to see a doctor while traveling. We book and arrange an online (telemedicine) consultation with a partner doctor for you.
Need a medical certificate or receipts for your travel insurance? We handle the request with the doctor and follow up until the documents reach you.

General self-care advice for minor issues, and same-day follow-up messages until you are settled and feeling safe.
We are nurses, not doctors. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Online medical consultations and medical certificates are provided by licensed partner doctors — we arrange, coordinate, and stay by your side throughout. The final decision to receive care is always yours.
No app to install, no complicated registration. Just send us a message.

Hospital visit or online doctor consultation booked, preparation checklist, Japanese symptom summary, medical certificates arranged — and we follow up until you're okay.
Very few medical support services in Japan speak Spanish. Ours does. Explain your symptoms in your own language, with calm — sin estrés, sin traducir.
«Me enfermé en Kioto y no sabía a dónde ir. La enfermera me escuchó en español, me organizó una consulta con un médico y hasta me ayudó con el certificado para mi seguro. Me sentí acompañada todo el tiempo.»
One price, full support — from your first message until you feel safe again.
Doctor's fees, medicine, and hospital costs are billed separately by the medical institution. Payment by credit card or PayPal.

The fee covers the full concierge service: nurse consultation, hospital navigation, online doctor appointment booking and arrangement, document support, and follow-up. Fees charged by the medical institution itself — consultation fees, medicine, tests — are paid separately to the clinic or covered by your travel insurance.
We book an appointment with a partner clinic that offers telemedicine. You talk to a licensed doctor by video call, usually the same day. Depending on the doctor's judgment, medicine can be prescribed and arranged. We prepare a symptom summary in Japanese beforehand so the consultation goes smoothly.
